The commercial manufacturing or C-M zone is designed to accommodate non-polluting light manufacturing and light industrial uses in planned industrial parks.

   Uses in the C-M zone are subject to the general provisions and exceptions set forth in Chapters 17.102, 17.105 and 17.121 and are as follows:

   A.   Electronics manufacturing;

   B.   Corporate offices;

   C.   Blacksmithing;

   D.   Welding shops;

   E.   Cold storage facilities;

   F.   Building material outlets;

   G.   Small food processing plants;

   H.   Light manufacturing;

   I.   Fabrication, assembly, component manufacturing or small part processing business;

   J.   Indoor warehousing and storage yards;

   K.   Mini-storage buildings;

   L.   Other similar uses deemed compatible by the planning commission.
