The general commercial or C-2 zone is intended to be applied to areas of the city which provide appropriate locations for commercial activities not suited to other zones.

   Uses in the C-2 zone are subject to the general provisions and exceptions set forth in Chapters 17.102, 17.105 and 17.121 and are as follows:

   A.   All primary permitted uses in the C-1 zone;

   B.   Auditoriums, exclusive of tents or temporary structures;

   C.   Outdoor auto, boat and trailer sales, new and used, providing the entire area of the premises is surfaced with an approved surface and is landscaped pursuant to the standards of Chapter 17.108;

   D.   Automobile repair garages, including major repair (see also Chapter 17.105.100);

   E.   Adult businesses (See Section 17.105.153, Adult businesses);

   F.   Examples of other permitted include, but are not limited to the following: automobile supply stores, blueprint and photostat shops, professional and trade schools, electrical, plumbing and air conditioning shops, sheet metal shops and laundry establishments.

   G.   Uses and structures which are incidental or accessory to any of the uses permitted in the zone.

   A.   Outdoor theaters;

   B.   Carnivals;

   C.   Crematoriums;

   D.   Equipment rental; and

   E.   Public utility buildings and substations;

   F.   All uses conditionally permitted in the C-1 zone with a Conditional Use Permit;
