The mobile home or M-H zone is intended to apply to mobile home parks and mobile home subdivisions. (Refer to Ord. #79).
17.039.020 Permitted uses.
Uses in this zone are subject to the general provisions and exceptions set forth in Chapters 17.102, 17.105 and 17.121 and are as follows:
A. Mobile home parks and mobile home subdivisions;
B. Modular or manufactured housing subdivisions; and
C. Related accessory uses.
17.039.030 Uses requiring conditional use permits.
The following uses associated with or supported by the primary uses intended within this zone shall be allowed providing a conditional use permit is obtained. Such uses shall include but not be limited to the following:
A. Storage yard for recreational equipment;
B. Recreational facilities;
C. Other related uses when in the determination of the planning commission it can be found that these uses are associated with the primary use of the zone.
17.039.040 Development standards.
Development for the purpose of recreational travel/vehicle parks shall meet the requirements of city ordinances and resolutions and related guidelines.
