32 - TRANSFER OF DEVELOPMENT RIGHTS

Residential development projects within planned unit development (PUD) and suburban residential (SR) zoning districts with master plans approved and with substantial investments in the installation of infrastructure prior to April 30, 1997, the effective date of Ordinance 705, may be allowed to transfer densities as provided herein.
The maximum gross density of one dwelling unit per acre for PUD and SR districts may be increased to a maximum of thirty percent, subject to site consideration review as provided in Section 17.40.020 of the subdivision regulations of the city of Woodland Park. All proposals for transfer of development rights shall be reviewed as provided in Chapter 17.48 of the subdivision regulations, alterations or amendment. (Ord. 760-1998)
