Any applicant, upon the filing of any application and prior to processing thereof and any action thereon, shall pay the required fees, as specified in the schedule of planning department processing fees, as approved by the city council. (Ord. 538-1991 § 1, 1991: Ord. 352-1985 § 1, 1985)

The required legal notice shall be drafted and placed, with the official city newspaper by the administrative officer. The costs of all notices, signs required to be placed on the property or structure, ordinances, and any and all other costs in connection with the request shall be paid by the person or persons making said application.
