Security bars.

Definition. For the purpose of this section, the following definition shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning:
SECURITY BARS. Metal bars, including, but not limited to, wrought iron guards and sliding scissor gates, attached to or covering a window or glass door which are intended to provide additional protection against vandalism and burglaries.

Prohibited use. The installation of security bars shall be prohibited on windows and doors in the front of buildings within the commercial business district.
