§ 25-27.29

Principal Use.

No lot shall have erected upon it more than one principal permitted use. No more than one principal building shall be permitted on one lot except that commercial uses, shopping centers, apartments and condominium projects, and industrial complexes, all receiving site plan approval, may be permitted to have more than one building on a lot in accordance with standards of the zoning district in which it is located.
Within the Pinelands Area, no more than one principal use shall be located on one lot, except for forestry, agriculture, horticulture, fish and wildlife management, wetlands management, and recreational development on agricultural lands.
