Any person violating any provision of this section shall, upon conviction, be liable for the penalty stated in the Lakehurst Borough Code Chapter 1, Section 1-5.

Each separate film, video cassette or other visual reproduction, or each showing of live entertainment which is displayed to another in violation of this Section 25-31 shall be a separate offense.
