Minimum lot area: 7500 square feet.

Minimum lot width: 60 feet.

Minimum lot frontage: 60 feet.

Minimum lot depth: 125 feet.

Minimum front yard setback: 20 feet.
6. 
Minimum side yard setback Principal and Accessory Structures): five feet.

Minimum combined side yard setback: 12 feet.

Minimum rear yard setback:
Principal structure: 25 feet.
Accessory structure: five feet.

Maximum building height: 35 feet or 2 1/2 stories.
