§ 25-30.7 Government Housing Zone

Permitted Uses.

a. 
Any use associated with the function of the Federal installation may be permitted in the Governing Housing Zone, provided that:
1. 
Where feasible, development shall be located in that portion of the installation within the Pinelands Protection Area;
2. 
No hazardous waste facility, landfill or incinerator shall be permitted, except as expressly authorized in N.J.A.C. 7:50-6.75 or 6.78; and
3. 
All development undertaken by the Federal Government substantially meets the standards of N.J.A.C. 7:50-6 of the Pinelands Comprehensive Management Plan or an intergovernmental agreement entered into pursuant to N.J.A.C. 7:50-4, Part IV.
b. 
Any other public purpose use undertaken by or on behalf of another level of government may be permitted in the Government Housing Zone, provided that:
1. 
The use is sanctioned by the Federal installation;
2. 
The use is located within a substantially developed area which is served by a centralized sewer treatment and collection system;
3. 
No hazardous waste facility, landfill or incinerator shall be permitted, except as expressly authorized in N.J.A.C. 7:50-6.75 or 6.78; and
4. 
All development meets the standards of N.J.A.C. 7:50-6 of the Pinelands Comprehensive Management Plan or an intergovernmental agreement entered into pursuant to N.J.A.C. 7:50-4, Part IV.
