Application for development within the jurisdiction of the Planning Board, pursuant to the provisions of C. 291 P.L. 1975 and this chapter, shall be filed with the Administrative Officer. The Administrative Officer shall inform the applicant of steps to be taken to initiate applications and the regular meeting dates as well as provide all necessary forms, applications and copies of Board Rules and Regulations.
