The developer shall file with the Administrative Officer at least 15 days prior to a regular meeting of the approving authority the following, which shall constitute a complete application:
In the case of a major subdivision: one mylar, and 11 prints of a final map prepared in accordance with all requirements of subsection 25-19.5, of this chapter and the “Map Filing Law”, N.J.S. 46:23-10 to 23-11; and final design plans as required pursuant to subsection 25-19.6 of this chapter; and
In the case of a major site plan one mylar and 11 prints of a final site plan prepared in accordance with the provisions of subsection 25-19.10 of this chapter.
