§ 25-16.10.1

Penalties.

Any person(s) who erects, constructs, alters, repairs, converts, maintains, or uses any building, structure, or land in violation of this section shall be subject to the following penalties:

A fine not less than $500 and not to exceed $1,250;

Imprisonment up to 90 days in the county jail;

Or both.
