Each request for a development permit and a certificate of occupancy shall be accompanied by a payment to the Borough of Lakehurst in the amount of $10 for a development permit and $20 per dwelling unit for a certificate of occupancy and $5 for each 1,000 square feet of gross floor area of nonresidential use for a certificate of occupancy.
