All recreation areas and facilities shall be designed in accordance with the New Jersey Department of Environmental Protection publication “Administration Guide Lines: Barrier-Free Design Standards for Parks and Recreational Facilities and must comply with the requirements of N.J.A.C. 7:50-6.143 and 6.144.
