Quarterly fliers and applications will be sent to each of the following agencies for publication in their journals and for circulation among their members: Board of Realtors in Morris, Warren, Essex and Union Counties; welfare or social service board, rental assistance office, office on aging, and housing agency or authority in each of the counties within Rockaway's housing region.
