The Township will comply with monitoring and reporting requirements as per N.J.A.C. 5:93-11.6 and 12.1. The Township, in its discretion, shall delegate the monitoring and reporting tasks set forth hereunder to a person or persons and/or department of its choice. Length of service hereunder shall be at the discretion of the Township Council.
