West Orange City Zoning Code

Nothing contained herein shall prevent the Township Council at any time subsequent to the adoption of this section, by ordinance, from abandoning the operation of the Special Improvement District, changing the extent of the Special Improvement District, supplementing or amending the description of the Special Improvement District or rescinding the designation or redesigning a Corporation. The Township Council may at any time enact, change or repeal any rule or regulation adopted on the operations of the Special Improvement District.
