§ 25-11.1
Limitations on Machine Shops and Research Laboratories.

In an industrial district, machine shops and research laboratories, experimental or testing, shall be permitted, provided that:
a.
All phases of the operation, including processing, shipping and employee parking, are accommodated on the same lot.
b.
Only electric motor power is to be used.
c.
There is no open storage of waste or scrap material outside of building.
d.
There is no light, sound, vibration, or odor emission beyond the property lines.
