§ 25-12.5
Nonapplicability to Existing Buildings and Uses.

The provisions of Subsections 25-12.3 and 25-12.4 shall not apply to any building or use in existence on January 25, 1978 whether continued as a permitted or a nonconforming use, or thereafter converted or changed to a different lawful use.
