As built drawings shall be submitted to the Engineering and Building Departments of the Township for all commercial and industrial projects, and for all residential projects with more than five dwelling units in a subdivision. All such drawings shall be certified by a New Jersey State licensed engineer, architect or surveyor under seal, whoever is appropriate. No final Certificate of Occupancy shall be issued until an "as built" drawing or drawings for the project are submitted and approved by the Construction Official, Township Engineer and Zoning Officer.
