§ 25-9.1
Horticultural or Agricultural Buildings.

In any residential district, a horticultural or agricultural building may be constructed or maintained only as an accessory to the main building on the same lot; and no heating plant in conjunction therewith shall be located within 20 feet of any lot line, and no fertilizer shall be stored within 25 feet of any lot line.
