Signs other than officially authorized signs tacked, pasted, painted or otherwise attached to poles, posts, trees, fences, sidewalks or curbs;

No sign other than official traffic control devices or street signs shall be erected within or encroach upon the right-of-way of any street unless specifically authorized by other ordinances or regulations of the Township;

Rotating or moving signs;

Except as provided for in subsection 37-62.12, Off-Premise Signs and Billboard Regulations, freestanding or billboard signs advertising a product or service not sold on the premises, freestanding or billboard signs advertising or directing attention to another premises, and any sign unrelated to the premises on which the sign is erected.
