A.
Minimum lot area: 15,000 square feet, measured within 150 feet of the front street right-of-way line.

Minimum lot frontage: 100 feet.
C.
Minimum front yard: 35 feet.
D.
Minimum side yard: There shall be two (2) side yards and no side yard shall be less than 15 feet.
E.
Minimum rear yard: 50 feet.
F.
Maximum height: Two and one-half stories or 35 feet, whichever is the lesser.
G.
Maximum lot coverage: 20 percent of the land area.
