A.

Minimum lot area: 45,000 square feet, measured within 300 feet of the front street right-of-way line.

Minimum lot frontage: 150 feet.

C.

Minimum front yard: 50 feet.

D.

Minimum side yard: 25 feet for one side yard. The total of two side yards shall not be less than 60 feet.

E.

Rear yard: There shall be a rear yard of at least 50 feet.

F.

Maximum height: Two and one-half stories or 35 feet, whichever is the lesser.

G.

Maximum lot coverage: 20 percent of the land area.
