The flag portion of a flag lot shall have a minimum area as follows: RLD: 160,000 square feet required; RR:270,000 square feet required; RR-5: 450,000 square feet required.

(16)

Where the lot is not serviced by a public sanitary sewer, the minimum lot size in all zones, unless a greater minimum lot size is required, shall be 45,000 square feet.
