A.

Minimum lot area: 225,000 square feet measured within 650 feet of the front street right-of-way.

Minimum lot frontage: 300 feet.

C.

Minimum front yard: 75 feet.

D.

Minimum side yard: 40 feet for one side yard. The total of two side yards shall not be less than 100 feet.

E.

Minimum rear yard: 75 feet.

F.

Maximum height: 2½ stories or 35 feet whichever is the lesser.

G.

Maximum lot coverage: 10 percent of the land area.
