The location and boundaries of the zoning districts established by this Code are set forth on the map entitled “Zoning Districts” which is herein and hereby made a part of this Code by reference. Said map, together with everything shown thereon and all amendments thereto, will be as much a part of this Code and have the same force and effect as though fully set forth and described herein, the original of said map which is properly attested and is on file with the Clerk. The Overlay Flood District (FD) and the Overlay Greenway District (GD) may not necessarily be located upon the Official Zoning Map due to the confusion created, but will be located as specified in Sections 170.27 and 170.29. Developments completed under the Overlay Planned Development (PDD) zoning district will be designated by zone labels of the regular zoning districts preceded by the letter “P,” (i.e., P/C-3). The letter “P” may be used upon individual lots which are developed and controlled by the overlay zoning within a larger area having a regular district classification which is the same as the underlying zoning.
