On all corner lots, no fences, structures, or plant materials will be placed within a triangular space determined by a diagonal line connecting two points measured 35 feet equidistant from the property corner. (See Section 170.07(22)(E)). Further, at all private driveways, place, or street intersections and at alley, place, street, or alley intersections, no fences, structures, or plant materials will be placed within a triangular space determined by a diagonal line connecting two points measured 10 feet equidistant from the point caused by the intersection of these areas, or the property corner.
