All outdoor lighting on private property will be subject to the provisions of Section 170.25(7)(D)(7) with the following exceptions:

1.   Holiday outdoor lighting displayed from November 15 through January 15.

2.   Light produced directly by the combustion of natural gas or other fuels.

3.   Exterior illumination of the structure of a church, school, public library, or other publicly owned community building.
