Zoning Districts Designated.

For the purpose of this chapter, the Borough of Midland Park is hereby divided into nine zone districts known as:
a.
R-1 Residential Single Family.
b.
R-2 Residential Multifamily.
c.
R-3 Residential (Age-Restricted, Multifamily).
d.
B-1 Business District Retail.
e.
B-2 Professional Offices.
f.
B-3 Business Retail/Office.
g.
I-1 Office/Research Laboratory.
h.
I-2 Industrial.
i.
ASFD Attached Single-Family Dwelling.
j.
MFO-1 Multifamily Overlay 1.
k.
MFO-2 Multifamily Overlay 2.
l.
MARD 90 Midland Avenue Redevelopment District.
