Accessory Uses.

The following accessory uses shall be permitted in the R-3 District:
a. 
Off-street parking.
b. 
Indoor and outdoor recreation.
c. 
Office space ancillary to an age-restricted multifamily development.
d. 
Community center associated with age-restricted, multifamily.
e. 
Computer center, card rooms and any other ancillary use generally associated with multifamily.
