§ 34-11B.3

Permitted Accessory Uses.

Accessory uses and structures permitted in the 90 Midland Avenue Redevelopment District are those uses and structures which are customarily incidental and subordinate to the permitted uses identified in § 34-11B.2. Such accessory uses and structures may include, but shall not be limited to, the following:
a. 
Off-street parking and loading, including parking structures attached to buildings with principal permitted uses.
b. 
Decks, patios and terraces, which shall complement the architectural style, type and design of the building and the overall project design.
c. 
Recreational and open space facilities for residents and their guests, including but not limited to walkways, courtyards, and plazas.
d. 
Fences, hedges, and walls subject to the requirements of § 34-13.2 and which shall complement the architectural style, type and design of the building and the overall project design.
e. 
Street furnishings, planters, streetlights, and exterior, garden-type shade structures.
f. 
Open-air structures such as gazebos, and pavilions.
