§ 34-11.2
Required Conditions.

In the I-2 Zone, the following conditions shall be met:
a.
Height of Buildings. No building shall exceed three stories or 36 feet in height, whichever is the lesser.
b.
Front Yard. There shall be a minimum front yard of 25 feet.
c.
Side Yard. There shall be a side yard requirement of a minimum of 15 feet for each side yard.
d.
Rear Yard. There shall be a minimum rear yard of not less than 25 feet.
e.
Building Coverage. Total building coverage shall not exceed 40% of the lot area.
f.
Improved Lot Coverage. Total improved lot average shall not exceed 80% of the lot area.
