The purpose of the 90 Midland Avenue Redevelopment District is to encourage the development of an attractive, high-quality inclusionary multifamily housing development which shall be designed to maintain and enhance the residential character of the Borough, contribute to a greater variety of housing types to ensure a balanced housing supply, and help address the Borough's goals of supporting affordable housing.
