§ 34-13.13
Drive-Through/Drive-Up Windows and Outdoor Ordering Locations.

a.
Located a minimum of 75 from any residential zone.
b.
Hours of operation to be limited to 6:00 a.m. to 12:00 midnight.
c.
Any drive-through or drive-up windows shall have a minimum queuing line length of 150 feet from the center of the first service area.
d.
This section shall apply to all Drive-Through/Drive-up Windows and Outdoor Ordering Locations other than Drive-Through Restaurants.
