Storage. All materials and equipment shall be stored within the confines of any building(s).

Transition Requirements. A buffer shall be established along the line of any lot that is contiguous to any residential zone (unless contiguous zone boundary lines coincide with a Federal or State highway right-of-way), with a width of at least 25 feet, and further, for each ten-foot interval or fraction thereof of building height, an additional five foot width or buffer area shall be required.
