Minimum Requirements for Off-Street Loading Berth Space; Use and Minimum Loading Space Requirements.

a.
Industrial and wholesale uses shall provide a plan clearly demonstrating that the following requirements can be satisfied:

b.
Office building or hotel with a gross usable floor area of 100,000 square feet or more devoted to such purposes: one loading berth for every 100,000 square feet of floor area.
c.
Retail operation and all first floor nonresidential uses with a gross floor area of more than 3,000 square feet and less than 20,000 square feet, and all wholesale and light industrial operations with a gross floor area of less than 10,000 square feet; one loading space in accordance with the provisions of this subsection.
d.
Retail operation, including restaurant and dining facilities within hotels and office buildings, with a gross usable area of 20,000 square feet or more devoted to such purposes: one loading berth for every 20,000 square feet of floor area.
