Permits Required. It shall be unlawful for any person to erect or structurally alter any sign without first obtaining a permit and making payment of the fee required by the Construction Code of the Township of Warren. The erection or relocation of a free-standing sign as defined herein shall require minor site plan submission prior to issuance of any permit.

Reference to Zoning Districts. Except as otherwise provided, no outdoor sign or other form of exterior advertising shall be erected or maintained unless the sign complies with the requirements established for the zoning district in which the sign is located.
