Block 8, Lots 2 and 3, are situated in the MRRP-15 Mountainview Road Redevelopment Plan District, the development of which shall be in accordance with the "Redevelopment Plan for 15 Mountainview Road" attached to this Chapter and on file with the Township Clerk.
