Provision of parking spaces. The design and number of parking spaces required per this section shall be provided in conformance with RSIS (N.J.A.C. 5:21-4.14 through 4.16).

Screening. Where buffers are required, there shall be provided along the exterior lot line of the development a continuous, year-round planting screen at least six feet in height.
