Provision of parking spaces. The design and number of parking spaces required per this section shall be provided in conformance with RSIS (N.J.A.C. 5:21-4.14 through 16). Each market rate unit shall have at least one garage parking space.

Screening. Any parking area located within 50 feet of a tract boundary shall be screened by year round plantings at least six feet in height.
