1. Purpose. The purpose of the development and use standards is to provide for the miscellaneous land development regulations that apply throughout Millcreek regardless of zone.
2. Applicability. The development and use standards shall apply in addition to the development and use standards set forth in this title and shall prevail over any conflicting provision of this title unless a different requirement is expressly intended to supersede such provision.
