§ 30-20.6
County Planning Board Action.

Any plat which requires County Planning Board approval pursuant to N.J.S.A. 40:27-6.2 shall be forwarded to the County Planning Board for its action. The Planning Board may grant final approval subject to approval by the County Planning Board as provided in § 30-11.9b.
