Any person(s) who erects, constructs, alters, repairs, converts, maintains, or uses any building, structure or land in violation of this section shall be subject to the following to the penalties set forth in § 1-5, General Penalty, of the Code of the Township of Union, for each violation. After a person who engages in such violations of this section is notified of the violation, each day that the violation continues may, in the discretion of the court, be treated as a separate and distinct violation hereof.
