Sections 7.111 through 7.150 shall apply to an application for modification, expansion or other change in an approved Site Plan, provided that minor revisions or modifications may be approved by the Director of Planning and Building if he/she determines that the circumstances or conditions applicable at the time of original approval have not changed and that the requested changes would not materially alter the Site Plan. Minor changes shall be noted on the master city or file copy of the Site Plan by the Board and shall be dated and signed by him or her.
