Upon violation of any term or feature of an approved Site Plan, the owner, or owners, of the site shall be deemed guilty of a violation of this ordinance and subject to all the fines and penalties hereof. The Site Plan may be enforced by any proceeding at law or in equity, and further, violations of an approved Site Plan will result in loss of certification of occupancy which shall not be restored until the violation is abated.
