Section 7.800 through 7.865 shall be known as the Off-Street Parking Regulations. These regulations require off-street and loading facilities proportional to the need created by each use in order to ensure functionally adequate, aesthetically pleasing, and secure off-street parking facilities. Development regulations and design standards are intended to ensure the usefulness of parking facilities, protect the public safety and, where appropriate, to mitigate potential adverse impacts on adjacent land uses.
