Sec. 5.250
Recommendation of the Director of Planning and Building.
The Director of Planning and Building shall review each application and shall prepare a recommendation thereon which shall be filed with the Planning and Zoning Commission and made available to the applicant at least five (5) days prior to the public hearing.
