Distances between structures, or between a structure and any property line, setback line, or other line or location prescribed by the Zoning Regulations shall be measured to the exterior face of the nearest wall or vertical support of the structure. Where a structure does not have a vertical wall or support, the point of measurement shall be as determined by the Director of Planning and Building, consistent with the purposes of the Zoning Ordinance and the provisions of the Building Code.
